Privacy Policy

This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, use the Estaite Brief, or participate in our referral program. It does not cover the Estaite application itself, which will have its own privacy terms at launch.

• Name and email address (waitlist signup)
• Property address (to generate your Estaite Brief)
• Role (e.g., homeowner, estate manager, family office) and number of properties
• Anything you send us directly (email, forms)

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP
• Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (see Section 6)
• Referral attribution (which referral link brought you here)

• Publicly available property records and related public data (climate, flood zone, permit records) used to generate your Estaite Brief. We only retrieve this data for an address you submit to us.

We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or precise geolocation on this site. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the waitlist.

• Operate the waitlist and communicate your position, early-access invitations, and launch updates
• Generate and deliver your Estaite Brief for the address you submit
• Run the referral program (attribute referrals, administer benefits)
• Improve our website and marketing (analytics, A/B testing)
• Advertise Estaite, including showing ads to people who visited our site (retargeting)
• Comply with law and protect against fraud or abuse

AI processing disclosure. The Estaite Brief is generated with the assistance of artificial-intelligence systems. Your personal information is not used to train AI models — ours or any third party’s. Our agreements with AI service providers prohibit the use of your data for model training.

• We do not sell your personal information for money.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• We do not send your information to data brokers.
• We do not use your property information for any purpose other than the services described here.

• Service providers under contract: hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, AI inference providers (subject to no-training terms)
• Advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google) via cookies/pixels for measurement and retargeting — you can opt out (Section 7)
• Legal: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers: if Estaite is acquired or merges, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy

We use essential cookies (site function), analytics cookies, and advertising pixels. On your first visit you can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner; declining does not affect your ability to join the waitlist. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.

Regardless of where you live, we honor the following on request:

• Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion — removal of your information, including your waitlist entry and Estaite Brief data
• Correction — fix inaccurate information
• Opt out of marketing email — unsubscribe link in every email; we honor requests within 10 business days
• Opt out of ad sharing/retargeting — via the cookie banner, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer, or by emailing privacy@estaite.io

Submit requests to privacy@estaite.io. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the email on file) and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

Waitlist and Estaite Brief data is retained until launch onboarding or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you delete your waitlist entry, the associated Estaite Brief data is deleted with it. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@estaite.io and we will delete it.

We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced by email to the waitlist before they take effect.
