Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and located in the United States. By joining the waitlist you represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you own, reside at, or manage the property whose address you submit.

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on you or us. It does not guarantee access to Estaite, any particular pricing, or any launch date. Positions, early-access invitations, and founding-member benefits are allocated at our discretion. We may remove waitlist entries that are fraudulent, duplicative, or violate these Terms.

Any founding-member benefits we announce (including pricing commitments) apply only as described at the time they are offered, are personal to you, are non-transferable, and require an active subscription at launch. Details of announced benefits are incorporated here and, for referral rewards, in the Referral Program Terms.

The Estaite Brief is an informational preview generated from publicly available data and automated (AI-assisted) analysis. It is provided “as is,” for general information only.

• It may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Public-records data is not always accurate, and AI-generated analysis can be wrong.
• It is not professional advice — not a property inspection, appraisal, insurance assessment, engineering evaluation, financial advice, or legal advice. Do not make purchase, insurance, maintenance, or safety decisions based on it. Consult qualified professionals.
• We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

You agree not to: submit addresses of properties you have no legitimate connection to; scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Site; misrepresent your identity; use the Site to build a competing dataset or product; or interfere with the Site’s operation.

The Site, the Estaite name and marks, and all content we create (including the Estaite Brief format and underlying software) are our property or our licensors’. You get a limited, revocable license to use the Site and your own Estaite Brief for personal, non-commercial purposes. Feedback you send us may be used by us without obligation.

The Site may reference or link to third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SITE, WAITLIST, AND ESTAITE BRIEF ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTAITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR WAITLIST WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE LIMITS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will indemnify Estaite against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your submission of information you had no right to submit.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in [county, state] under the rules of [JAMS/AAA], and you waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@estaite.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Delaware/California], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; material changes will be emailed to the waitlist. We may suspend or discontinue the Site or waitlist at any time.
